| Item 6: Dividend In respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2014, a total of 61,078,145 treasury shares were distributed as share dividend on 25 April 2014 on the basis of three (3) treasury shares for every fifty (50) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fractions of treasury shares being disregarded. In respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2015, a total of 61,703,857 treasury shares were distributed as share dividend on 8 August 2014 on the basis of three (3) treasury shares for every fifty (50) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fractions of treasury shares being disregarded. |
