KUALA LUMPUR: HSS Engineers Bhd has accepted two framework services from Digital Nasional Bhd on the provision of consultancy services valued at RM2.82bil.

In a bourse filing, the group said the agreements were with respect to the commercial contract management for term sheets and access agreements, RFx and negotiation for the site leasing rate card and special conditions, and site management partner for post-site acquisition acitivites.

The contract began in November 2021 for a period of 14 months to December 2022.

"The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings and net assets of HEB Group for financial years ending 31 December 2021 to 31 December 2022," said HSS Engineers.
