AT Systemization inks deal to sell gloves to China and Taiwan

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 4): AT Systemization Bhd has inked a provisional agreement to sell its rubber medical gloves in China and Taiwan.

In a bourse filing, the group said its wholly-owned subsidiary AT Glove Engineering Sdn Bhd today entered into a provisional offtake agreement to sell the gloves in the two countries via Kstar Healthcare Sdn Bhd.

Under the deal, the subsidiary will manufacture, assemble and deliver the gloves to KStar, a private limited company involved in the marketing and selling of approved medical and healthcare equipment and products.

AT Systemization said the agreement will last for 12 months, with a possibility of being automatically renewed. 

“The group will not only be able to broaden its products offering to its customers via the promoting and marketing of the products, but also to expand its customers to China and Taiwan under Kstar,” the group added.

Shares of AT Systemization closed unchanged at 18.5 sen today, valuing the group at RM778.54 million. The counter saw 174.81 million shares traded.
