plunged deeper into the red in the second quarter after revenue was halved due to reduced contributions from the group’s aviation services, oil and gas, as well as marine manufacturing business.
The company registered a net loss of RM15.9mil in the three months ended June 30, as turnover declined to RM30.3mil.
"The lower income for the Group was due to the drop in revenue that resulted in to margin compression which in turn was insufficient to cover the Group’s overall administrative expenses," it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Cumulative six-month losses swelled to RM27.7mil.
