KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB), has accepted a contract from Eco Sanctuary Sdn Bhd worth RM87.92 million.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract involved the main building work for an apartment in Eco Santuari in Kuala Langat.

The construction period will be for 24 months, commencing from the date of site possession.

Inta Bina said it intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and external borrowings.

"Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract.

"The board of directors of Inta Bina, after due consideration, believes that the contract is in the company's best interest.

"The contract is being entered into in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of shareholders," it said.
