Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by KHPT Holdings Berhad dated 19 September 2024.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 19 September 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 25 September 2024.

In the event that there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Securities website accordingly.
