The Board of Directors of HEXZA wishes to announce that HEXZA had on 15 August 2024 acquired an aggregate of 50,000 ordinary shares of Arm Holdings PLC (“ARM”) for a total gross cash sum of USD6,358,743 or RM29,475,899 (“Purchase Consideration”) in the open market on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase”).
The details of the Purchase are as set out in the attached Announcement dated 3 September 2024. |
