We refer to the Company's announcements dated 27 October 2023, 4 December 2023 and 14 December 2023 in relation to the announcements made to the SGX-ST by Parkson Retail Asia Limited ("PRA"), a 67.96% owned subsidiary of the Company listed on the SGX-ST, in respect of PRA's application and the approval from the SGX-ST for a further extension of time until 2 December 2024 to meet the requirements of Rule 1314 of the Listing Manual to exit from the Watch-List, and the Written Confirmation Submission ("Earlier Announcements").

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On 16 August 2024, PRA had announced that it had on even date, submitted an application to the SGX-ST to seek its approval for PRA to exit from the Watch-List ("Exit Application") ("PRA Announcement"). A copy of the PRA Announcement is attached herewith.

PRA will update its shareholders on the outcome of the Exit Application in due course.
