Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 13 April 2020 to 13 June 2024 in relation to the Company triggering Para 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) on ground that the Company has an insignificant business or operations and therefore is considered as an Affected Listed issuer.

Save for the announcements made by the Company, the Board of Directors of MHB wishes to update that there are no other major developments after the latest announcement made on 13 June 2024 on the extension of time of 6 months up to 11 October 2024 given by Bursa Securities for the Company to submit the Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.  Notwithstanding this, the Company shall continue its efforts to regularise its business and operation with the aim to accelerate the Regularisation Plan’s finalisation.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the Regularisation Plan in due course.
