(iv) announcement dated 24 June 2024 in relation to the outcome of extraordinary general meeting for the Regularisation Plan, whereby all resolutions in relation to the Regularisation Plan had been approved by shareholders.

Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities had on:-

• 25 June 2024, announced that the Securities Commission had vide its letter dated 24 June 2024, approved the application for the Proposed Exemption under paragraph 4.08(1)(b) of the Rules;

• 26 June 2024, announced that the effective date for the implementation of the Proposed ESS is on 26 June 2024; and

• 27 June 2024, announced the listing and quotation of 795,750,000 Subscription Shares in relation to the Proposed Shares Issuance.

The Company had on 26 June 2024 offered and awarded 13,262,500 ESS Options under the ESS to Encik Nasrul Asni Muhammad Dain, the Chief Executive Officer of EATECH.

Pursuant to the above, the Regularisation Plan had been completed on 27 June 2024.
