The Board of Directors of Top Glove ("the Board") wishes to inform that Mr Martin Giles Manen will cease to be the Member of Board Sustainability Committee ("BSC") upon his resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 30 June 2024.
The Board also wishes to inform that Ms Gan Mei Mei will be appointed as additional Member of BSC, effective 30 June 2024.
Hence, the new composition of the BSC is as follows:
