NETX - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 468,976,320 WARRANTS IN NETX HOLDINGS BERHAD ("NETX" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS D") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT D FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN NETX HELD AT 5.00PM ON 15 JULY 2024 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 12 Jul 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 15 Jul 2024

Remarks :

The Warrants D will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of NetX ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of NetX in due course. 

The Warrants D will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application of Bursa Securities.
