On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Warrants D at RM0.10 per Warrant D.

The exercise price of the Warrants D represents a discount of approximately 18.96% to the TEAP of NetX Shares of RM0.1234, calculated based on the 5-day VWAP of NetX Shares up to and including 26 June 2024 (being the last trading day before the date of this announcement) of RM0.1351.
