The Board of Directors of SunCon wishes to announce that Ms Tan Ler Chin has been redesignated as the Chairperson of BSC in place of Dato' Dr Johari Bin Basri with effect from 20 June 2024. In addition, Dr Sarinder Kumari A/P Oam Parkash has been appointed as a new member of the BSC with effect from 20 June 2024.

Upon the above changes, the composition of the BSC is as follows:

1) Ms Tan Ler Chin (Chairperson, Independent Non-Executive Director);

2) Mr Liew Kok Wing (Member, Group Managing Director & Non-Independent Executive Director); and

3) Dr Sarinder Kumari A/P Oam Parkash (Member, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director).
