Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 26 June 2023, 27 June 2023, 18 July 2023, 2 January 2024, 15 January 2024, 6 June 2024 and 13 June 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement was completed on 14 June 2024 following the listing and quotation of 66,000,000 Placement Shares (being the 1st and final tranche of the Placement Shares) on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 14 June 2024.
