All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 12 June 2024 issued by Go Hub Capital Berhad ("GOHUB").

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 June 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 20 June 2024.

If there are any changes to this timetable, we will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper within Malaysia, and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
