RHB Bank refers to the announcement dated 8 January 2024 where it was announced that the Minister of Finance, Malaysia has agreed to the issuance of the physical digital banking licence to Boost Bank (formerly known as Boost Berhad) and for the said licence to take effect on 15 January 2024.
RHB Bank wishes to announce that Boost Bank is now officially open to the Malaysian public with effect from 6 June 2024.
For information purposes, RHB Bank holds a 40% equity interest in Boost Bank and the balance 60% equity interest is held by Boost Holdings Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad.
