On behalf of the Board of Directors of XOX, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed consolidation of every 30 existing ordinary shares in XOX (“XOX Shares”) held by the shareholders of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later, into 1 XOX Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”).
