Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 13 April 2020 to 2 May 2024 in relation to the Company triggering Para 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) on ground that the Company has an insignificant business or operations and therefore is considered as an Affected Listed issuer.

The Company had on 9 April 2024 made an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 11 April 2025, to submit the Regularisation Plan (“EOT Application”). An announcement on the outcome of the said EOT Application will made once it is received from Bursa Securities. In the meantime, the Company shall continue to prepare and work on its Regularisation Plan to address its financial and business’s conditions.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the Regularisation Plan in due course.
