STYL Associates PLT had issued a statement of “Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern” in respect of Nexgram’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial period ended 31 January 2024 (“Financial Statements”). A copy of the Independent Auditors’ Report is annexed herewith.
