We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making.
TOPGLOV-C4H is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
TOPGLOV-C4H is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023. TOPGLOV-C4H is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 December 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 April 2024 and the Term Sheet for TOPGLOV-C4H dated 14 May 2024.
