Further to the Company’s announcement dated 1 April 2024, the Board wishes to furnish the following additional information:
1. the Company will seek the shareholders’ mandate for such RRPTs at the forthcoming EGM to be convened. The Company will observe the disclosures and approval requirements of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”) and will ensure that the aggregate percentage ratio of the RRPTs executed up to the EGM to be lower than 5% of the relevant percentage ratios of the Listing Requirements; and
2. the Company has commenced the works for Contract I and Contract II upon acceptance of the Letters of Award.
