(Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 8 December 2023, 3 January 2024, 22 January 2024, 20 February 2024, 22 February 2024 and 8 March 2024 in relation to the Share Split and Free Issue of Warrants B (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as previously defined in the Announcements).
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Share Split has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 734,075,540 Split Shares pursuant to the Share Split on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 March 2024.
For information purposes, the Free Issue of Warrants B is still pending completion. Relevant announcement in relation to the implementation of the Free Issue of Warrants B will be made in due course.
