On behalf of the Board of Directors of Fintec, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed consolidation of every 30 existing ordinary shares in Fintec (“Fintec Shares” or “Shares”) held by the shareholders on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later, into 1 Fintec Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”).
