We wish to announce that MAYBANK-HB has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 January 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of MAYBANK-HB x (Exercise Price - Closing Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of MAYBANK-HB x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM9.0500 was determined based on the average closing price of the MAYBANK Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MAYBANK-HB will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to MAYBANK-HB shall terminate absolutely.
