Reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 14 June 2023, 16 June 2023, 21 June 2023, 5 July 2023 and 17 July 2023 on the subject matter ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Ewein wishes to announce that Ewein has on today received the attached press notice from AmInvestment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 26 July 2023 (“Closing Date”) and in accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the detailed disclosure on the level of acceptance of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Closing Date is set out in the attached press notice.
