We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making. The MAYBANKC1C is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MAYBANKC1C is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The MAYBANKC1C is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023.
