The Board of Directors of KAG wishes to announce that the Company had from the period between 12 August 2021 to 31 December 2021 acquired from the open market an additional 75,504,900 ordinary shares of Komarkcorp Berhad (“KOMARK”), representing 13.08% of the total issued and paid up share capital of KOMARK, for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM8,281,060 (“Investment”).
