We wish to announce that the Company has received a notification from IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) that it has today executed a share sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK”) on the disposal of its entire equity interest of 56.2% in the Company to KLK for a total consideration of RM1,534,083,936 (based on RM3.10 per share) to be payable in cash, and subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA (“Proposed Disposal”).

IJM has released an announcement pertaining to the Proposed Disposal on 11 June 2021.
