On behalf of the Board of Directors of LKL (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the bonus issue of up to 591,744,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (“LKL Share” or “Share”) (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing LKL Share held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”).
