The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Ho Wah Genting Berhad’s subsidiary, HWGB Medical Devices & Supplies Sdn Bhd (formerly known as HWG Duty Free Sdn Bhd) (“HWGB Medical Devices”) had on today received letters of authorisation, both dated 10 December 2020 from Wenzhou OJA Biotechnology Co. Ltd (“WOJA”), authorising HWGB Medical Devices as the exclusive distributor of its SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody (NAbs) Detection Kit (A post vaccination test kit) (“Product”) in Malaysia and Indonesia respectively (“Authorisations”).  The validity of the Authorisations is from 10 December 2020 to 9 December 2022.
