The Board of Directors of Bioalpha Holdings Berhad (‘’Bioalpha” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares up to ten percent (10%) of the issued share capital (“Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority”) at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting.

A Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority pertaining thereto will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
