Reference is made to our announcements dated 12 August 2016, 17 August 2016, 30 August 2016, 17 November 2016, 1 December 2016, 20 December 2016, 16 August 2018, 29 August 2018, 9 October 2018, 31 October 2018, 13 November 2018, 12 December 2018, 21 December 2018, 23 January 2019, 14 March 2019, 19 July 2019, 18 November 2019 and 5 December 2019, of which the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of PDZH wishes to inform that the Trial date which was fixed on 5 May 2020 has been vacated and the Court has fixed 20 May 2020 for case management.

The Company will make further announcements from time to time in respect of any material developments on the above matter.
